FOR CUSTOMERS IN ASIA, WE OFFER A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED ON IVISION.COM. GIVEN OUR LOCAL OPERATIONS IN HONG KONG, WE CAN ENSURE A QUICKER AND MORE EFFICIENT RETURN PROCESS. PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING DETAILS IN MIND:

  • CONDITION: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWORN CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • RETURN PROCESS: PLEASE INITIATE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE IT REACHES US WITHIN THE 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD. INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE RETURN PARCEL. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING TRACKED MAIL TO PREVENT ANY ISSUES WITH LOST ITEMS.
  • SHIPPING COSTS: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE.
  • PROCESSING TIME: RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. YOU’LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED.

ASIA EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, PROVIDED THE ITEM IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • CONDITION: ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWORN STATE WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • EXCHANGE PROCESS: INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE RETURN PARCEL. WE ONLY SEND EXCHANGE ITEMS TO THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS. FOR A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER AFTER RETURNING THE ORIGINAL ITEM.
  • SHIPPING COSTS: RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, AND WE RECOMMEND USING TRACKED MAIL.
  • PROCESSING TIME: EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. IF YOUR REQUESTED SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED INSTEAD.

  • STEP 1  - REFUND AND EXACHGE DEPENDS ON THE TIMELINE THE LOCATION OF WHERE OUR CUSTOMERS IS BASED IN, PLEASE LIST OUT THE REASON FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE.
  • STEP 2- ATTACHED PICTURES AND AWAITED FOR OUR CUSTOMER TEAM TO GET BACK TO YOU.
  • STEP3 - ATTACHED PICTURES AND REASONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN TO REFUND@IVISION.COM FOR FURTHER NOTICE AND WE WILL MAKE SURE TO SORT OUT THE ISSUES AND PROCEED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

PRODUCT ISSUES OR DAMAGES

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM WITH A FACTORY FAULT OR DAMAGE, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY EMAILING HEY@IVISION.COM BEFORE THE ITEM IS WORN. WE WILL ADDRESS THE ISSUE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER

IF YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US, YOU’LL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND REFUNDED MINUS SHIPPING COSTS, COURIER FEES, AND ANY DUTIES INCURRED. PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS THAT FAIL TO BE DELIVERED BACK TO US DUE TO UNCLAIMED PARCELS OR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. USE THE PROVIDED TRACKING INFORMATION TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY
